My Cycling journey started about 5 years ago. I have always had a love for cycling, but never really got stuck into it, untill about 5 years ago. At 1.73m and weighing 95kg, I started cycling to lose weight. Now weighing 70kg and being in the best shape of my life, I have never looked back since and am striving to be better and stay healthy.
Cycling for me is so much more than just racing or riding, although racing is so much fun, cycling got me through the toughest times of my life and helped me deal with stress and anxiety. There is nothing more relaxing and better at clearing your head than going on a long ride, either alone or with friends. I train regularly and try and be a better cyclist than the day before.
Being my own ‘coach’ I’ve improved my performance and measurements more than I could ever imagine. Doing regular sub 3’s on 100km races and my 8 years of experience as a Biokineticist, I have the skills and experience to help anyone achieve their goals. My passion for cycling is out of this world and it will definitely rub off on you Cycling really made a big difference in my life, and it can for you too!
